The Authority should accede to the Interinstitutional Agreement of 25 May 1999 between the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the Commission of the European Communities concerning internal investigations by the European Anti-fraud Office (OLAF), which should be able to carry out on-the-spot checks within the area of its competence.","marks":[],"text_hash":"be55c7048ba83e6204135e325b16653d1fa60f838e8d78e7fe120b8d14647d54","revision":1,"blocks":[{"locator":"amla/recitals/rec/70/block/1","text_hash":"be55c7048ba83e6204135e325b16653d1fa60f838e8d78e7fe120b8d14647d54","revision":1}]}}
