The guidelines and recommendations could be issued pursuant to a specific empowerment in the applicable Union acts, or on the own initiative of the Authority, where there is a need to strengthen the AML/CFT framework at Union level.","marks":[],"text_hash":"97cff815021d7734fd737bd50cc0323d0045654b3fd2a97eb1a8fa6a6057872d","revision":1,"blocks":[{"locator":"amla/recitals/rec/53/block/1","text_hash":"97cff815021d7734fd737bd50cc0323d0045654b3fd2a97eb1a8fa6a6057872d","revision":1}]}}
