Vice-Chair","text":"## <a id=\"art-5\"></a>Article 5 — Chair and Vice-Chair\n\n1. <a id=\"art-5-p-1\"></a>At the beginning of each term of office referred to in Article 4, the Commission shall appoint a Chair and a Vice-Chair from among the members of the scientific panel. To that end, the scientific panel shall, acting by simple majority of its members, recommend a Chair and a Vice-Chair from among its members.\n\n2. <a id=\"art-5-p-2\"></a>The term of office of the Chair and Vice-Chair shall follow the term of office of the scientific panel referred to in Article 4 and shall be renewable once. Any replacement of the Chair or Vice-Chair during the term of office shall take place according to the procedure referred to in paragraph 1 and shall be valid for the remainder of the term.\n\n","marks":[],"text_hash":"803f8cdf4287cdfbd83f0c8d5ac53725fa8d0e013fa54c1f59a2418f6941b567","revision":1}}
