<a id=\"art-13\"></a>Article 13 — Confidentiality\n\n1. <a id=\"art-13-p-1\"></a>Experts shall not divulge any information of a confidential nature that they have acquired as part of their work in the scientific panel or as a result of other activities governed by this Regulation. For that purpose, they shall sign a declaration of confidentiality.\n\n2. <a id=\"art-13-p-2\"></a>Experts shall comply with Article 339 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.\n\n3. <a id=\"art-13-p-3\"></a>Experts shall comply with the rules on confidentiality regarding the protection of Union classified information and sensitive non-classified information, laid down in Commission Decisions (EU, Euratom) 2015/443 and (EU, Euratom) 2015/444.\n\n4. <a id=\"art-13-p-4\"></a>Where the obligations referred to in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 are not met, the Commission may take all appropriate measures, including dismissing the expert from the scientific panel.\n\n**CHAPTER III — SUPPORT OF MARKET SURVEILLANCE AUTHORITIES**\n\n","marks":[],"text_hash":"19ab5fa5b737115221c75c76fb2a86d4733ca7b0cd454e191ab3a8c42f106954","revision":1}}
